I ordered the huevos rancheros for brunch at Norma’s, as was recommended to me by Miss Meghan Asha. Fabulous recommendation, I must say — I’m from Texas so I’m a critical judge on all non-Texas (and of course, non-Mexico) Mexican food, but this dish definitely passed the test.
